Josh Simon is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with over 18 years of experience in capital markets and investment strategy. As the CEO and co-founder of Infinite Waters LLC, a private investment firm established in 2010, he has been instrumental in building a diverse portfolio encompassing more than 9,000 multifamily units and 450,000 square feet of industrial space across 13 states.
Prior to founding Infinite Waters, Josh held the position of Senior Managing Director at JLL (formerly HFF), where he co-founded the Denver office in 2012. His tenure at JLL and previous roles at CBRE Capital Markets and CB Richard Ellis's Wheel Program contributed to his involvement in over $15 billion in commercial real estate transactions, spanning various asset types including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and hospitality.
In 2021, Josh relocated with his family to Waimea, Hawaii, where he continues to lead Infinite Waters with a focus on community-centric and relationship-driven investing. He also serves as a Senior Advisor forPeakview Investmentss and is a Partner at West Oaks Holdings. Demonstrating a commitment to philanthropy, Josh actively participates on the Board of Directors for the Brent Brent Eley Foundation (Brent’s Place, supporting families facing life-threatening illnesses.

Dr. Rae Sandler Simon is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in adult wellness and relationship therapy. She is the founder and lead clinician of live & love welll™ Colorado and Hawaii, offering both in-person and telehealth services across more than 40 PsyPACT states, including Colorado and Hawaii.
Dr. Simon's therapeutic approach is integrative, combining evidence-based Western psychotherapy with Eastern practices such as mindfulness, movement, and nutrition. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain, body image, parenting, and couples counseling. She is particularly skilled in helping clients navigate life transitions, heal from infidelity, and strengthen communication and intimacy in relationships.
Before transitioning into psychology, Dr. Simon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and worked as a strategic change management consultant in Chicago. Her desire to better understand human behavior led her to pursue a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver.
Dr. Simon is also the co-founder of Infinite Waters LLC, a private investment firm focusing on real estate and other equities. Her background in business and psychology allows her to bring a unique, relationship-focused perspective to investment strategies.
Committed to community service, Dr. Simon has volunteered for over 14 years as the on-call staff and family support therapist at Brent's Place in Denver, Colorado, providing care for families facing life-threatening illnesses.
Dr. Simon practices in both Denver, Colorado, and Waimea, Hawaii, and offers flexible telehealth options to accommodate clients' needs
